Cherrywood

It is the light colour and fine-pored grain that lend cherrywood its special decorative character. The fine, matt-polished surface gives the wood a noble look and feel and makes it particularly suitable for furniture, ornamental objects and wind instruments. Cherrywood may darken in colour if subjected to light.

Medium weight and hardness. Fine-pored. Clean and easy to work with. Discolouration may occur when brought into contact with iron.
